Stuffed Potato Skin

Clifton Mill’s own potato bowl stuffed with cheddar cheese and bacon. Served with a side of sour cream.

Hush Puppies & Onions

Bowl of Delmonico onions and Hush Puppies. Served with your choice of dipping sauce

Homemade Potato Chips
A basket of fresh potato chips served with your choice of Clifton Mill’s homemade
dipping sauces; Ranch, Spicy Ranch, Honey Mustard or BBQ.


Served with tossed salad, roll and seasonal vegetable or fresh fruit. 

The Clifton Carver
Two thick slices of San Francisco sourdough bread with
tender roast sirloin of beef, Clifton Mill’s sour cream and
chive smashed red skinned potatoes, and baby carrots
smothered with a rich and savory brown sauce.

*Country Fried Steak
6 oz. Certified Angus Beef® sirloin, fried in a cast iron skillet in our own seasoning blend. Topped with a rich and savory brown sauce. Served with mashed potatoes.


*The Pub Platter

Fried fish fillets served with hush puppies,
french fries and tartar sauce.


Pangeasius Fish

Pan seared fillet topped with lemon and dill and onion.
Served with mashed potatoes.


The Miller’s Chicken Tenders

Strips of tender chicken breast, hand-dipped in our special ale batter then fried to a golden brown. Served with french fries and your choice of Clifton Mill’s homemade dipping sauces; Ranch, Spicy Ranch, Honey Mustard or BBQ.


Pan Seared Salmon
Wild harvested fillet of salmon, pan seared and glazed with Chef Vinny’s special sauce. Served with smashed red-skin potatoes.



The Bleu Ribbon

Tender breast of chicken pan-seared with Granny Smith apples and served on linguini pasta with bleu cheese cream sauce.

Pangeasius Fish Sandwich
Pan fried fish fillet. Served with french fries.


The John H. Patterson Bacon Cheddar Burger
8 oz. Certified Angus Beef
® patty with four crispy strips of thick-sliced pecan smoked bacon, two slices of sharp cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato slices and Delmonico fried onions on a toasted sourdough roll. Served with French fries and a pickle.

BLT Salad
Fresh spring greens topped with bacon, tomato, cucumbers, hard boiled egg, cheese and your choice of
marinated chicken breast or apple smoked salmon.  Served with croutons. Choice of dressing.
